Michelle Gray and Lauren Gabriel

are the face of Preggi Bellies.

As founders and co-directors of Preggi Bellies they are synonymous with all things to do with pregnancy and exercise and have established a reputation as providing a wellspring of information for women, both pregnant and post natal.

They are Physiotherapists and each mothers of three and since 1998 have become leaders in the field of exercise and pregnancy. They personally train all head trainers and are the driving force behind providing the very best service possible to all participants in the program.
